Winter 2025/2026 Sports Information

JV & Varsity Sports:

• Start Date: November 17, 2025
• Arbiter/Family ID Registration Opens: October 17, 2025

Modified Sports:

• Start Date: November 24, 2025
• Arbiter/Family ID Registration Opens: October 24, 2025 

2025-2026 Sports Registration

All athletes must sign-up using the “Register Here” button below. In addition, you will need to complete the following steps:

To be completed by doctor: 

• Physical Exam Form (to be done on a yearly basis)

The above listed forms will not be accepted before the following dates:

• JV & Varsity: October 17, 2025 
• Modified: October 24, 2025 

Required forms can also be picked up at the athletic office.  Completed paperwork can be dropped off at the athletic office. If you have questions or concerns, please contact the athletic office at 845-687-2400 extension 4287.

Registration/clearances are done completely online. Parents will receive an email after their student’s paperwork has been submitted, reviewed, and cleared. You should check your email for updates on what they may still need to have cleared.  That is how the nurses, from each school, will communicate about whether the athlete is cleared, or not.

Physical Information

Physicals are available at school for any athlete unable to schedule with their own health care provider. Athletes should contact their school nurse to make an appointment.

 

All student athletes that carry medications, such as inhalers, epi-pens, etc., those that need required immunizations, and those that need the Dominic Murray Sudden Cardiac Arrest Form are required to see their own physician. The school physician is not permitted to clear athletes with cardiac issues without written documentation from their primary doctor, nor are they able to write medical prescriptions for them. 

As a reminder, student-athletes must be registered and medically cleared by the start date to participate. Please submit early.
