Community Use of Facilities

Thank you for accessing our Facility Request Portal!

Please register first and then once approved, you may submit facility requests. This login will be used for all of your future requests.

Please note the following:

• ALL requests must be submitted through this portal. Paper requests will no longer be accepted.
• ALL requests must be entered 2 weeks prior to the event.
• ALL requests must include valid proof of insurance.  The insurance certificate must have Rondout Valley listed as additionally insured. As well, the certificate must be attached to every request. 
• If serving food Board of Heath approval is required. Proof must be attached to ALL requests.
• Hours of operation are 7:00am-9:00pm.
  • **With the exception of the Middle & High School gyms (2-8pm is reserved for the school districts use)
• In the event of an emergency closing, all facilities will be closed.

Please note that all school related functions will have priority over external organization usage.

Fees

Hourly charge if use of facilities is not during regular custodial worker hours:

• Monday through Saturday: $30 per hour, per employee needed
• Sunday: $40 per hour, per employee needed

Group I:  District Related Groups
Examples: School sponsored teams, student intramurals, PTA

Group II: Rondout Valley Community Based Groups
Example: Student and adult recreational groups, local town events, AYSO, Youth Leagues (Must have at least 80% of home team/ participates residing in Rondout Valley School District)

Group III: Non-residents
Example: Recreational groups with less than 80% residents, towns and other agencies, not located within RVCSD boundaries. This group includes all colleges.

Hourly Rates- 2 Hour Minimum

• Group I - NA
• Group II - NA
• Group III - $150 Per Hour (2 hour minimum)
