Rondout Valley Scholarship Fund (RVSF)
The RVSF was established in 1964 to “solicit, collect and otherwise raise money for charitable and benevolent purposes: to receive, invest, deposit and from said funds to apply both the income and principal thereof to provide advanced education scholarships and financial aid to graduating seniors in the High School, Rondout Valley Central School District, of the towns of Marbletown, Rochester, Rosendale and Wawarsing”. On Senior Day this past June, the class of 2025 awardees received 75 scholarships totaling $44,150 from the RVSF. Since its inception through June of 2025 the RVSF has awarded just over 2,080 scholarships totaling approximately $1,157,000 to deserving seniors at Rondout Valley High School.
