2026 Kindergarten Registration
If you have a child who will be eligible to enter Kindergarten in September (child must turn five years old on or before December 1, 2026), please fill out our Kindergarten Outreach form to provide your child’s information.
After submitting your child's information, you will receive a registration packet. Completed packets should be returned to Central Registration at the District Office (located at 122 Kyserike Road, Accord, NY 12404 - use the Third Street Entrance) between the hours of 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM on school days. After you have returned your child's packet and all required documentation, the school will contact you to schedule your child's Kindergarten Screening.

Reminder: If your child is currently enrolled in our Universal Pre-Kindergarten program or other preschool services, they will still need to register for Kindergarten, including providing current proof of residence.

To register a student, please print and fill out the registration packet linked below.
Completed registration packets and required documentation can be be returned via email (email address on page 1 of the packet) or dropped off to Central Registration at the District Office between the hours of 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM on school days. The District Office is located at 122 Kyserike Road, Accord, NY 12404 - use the Third Street Entrance.
This packet is not intended for Pre-K or Kindergarten Registrants.
Printed packets can also be picked up at the District Office.
*Please note that physical and immunization records can be submitted at a later date. It is suggested that you submit your child's registration packet even if you do not have those documents available at this time.*
