Grades K-12
Children who will be five years old on or before December 1, 2026 are eligible to enter Kindergarten in September 2026.
To register your child online, visit our online registration page.To register a student using a paper packet, print and fill out the appropriate packet below.

Completed registration packets and required documentation can be returned via email (email address on page 1 of the packet) or dropped off to Central Registration at the District Office between the hours of 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday-Thursday. The District Office is located at 122 Kyserike Road, Accord, NY 12404 - use the Third Street Entrance.
Printed packets can also be picked up at the District Office.
*Please note that physical and immunization records can be submitted at a later date. It is suggested that you submit your child's registration packet even if you do not have those documents available at this time.*
