The application must be received by the District Clerk at least seven (7) days before the Election if the ballot is to be mailed to the requestor, or the day before the election, if the ballot is to be delivered personally.
Applications may also be picked up at the District Office, 122 Kyserike Road (3rd Street Entrance), Accord, NY between 8am and 4pm. You may complete the application and then be given an absentee ballot to complete while you are here. If you need special arrangements to complete the absentee ballot process please call 845-687-2400 ext. 4803.
