Testing Schedule Update
January 25, 2023

Due to today’s inclement weather there have been some changes to the testing schedule for tomorrow Thursday, January 26 and Friday, January 27. This information will also be posted on the website. Please be sure to read it carefully and in its entirety. 

Thursday, January 26 at 8:00 AM

• Global 10 Midterm at 8:00 AM
• Global 10 Regents at 8:00 AM
• Physics Midterm at 8:00 AM (Note: in the event there is a 2-hour delay. Physics midterm will be administered in class next week. This applies to Physics Midterm ONLY).
• Physics Regents at 8:00 AM 
• Checkpoint B Exam at 8:00 AM

Thursday, January 26 at 12:00 PM

• Algebra I Midterm at 12:00 PM 
• Algebra I Regents at 12:00 PM
• Algebra II Midterm at 12:00 PM 
• Algebra II Regents at 12:00 PM

Friday, January 27 at 8:00 AM

• Earth Science Midterm at 8:00 AM 
• Earth Science Regents at 8:00 AM 
• US History Midterm at 8:00 AM 
• Chemistry Midterm at 8:00 AM 
• Chemistry Regents at 8:00 AM 

Friday, January 27 at 12:00 PM

• Geometry Midterm at 12:00 PM.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

• If there is a 2-hour delay, buses will run on a 2-hour delay schedule. All morning exams including Regent’s exams will begin at 10:00 AM, with the exception to the Physics midterm exam, as stated above. And, all afternoon exams will begin as scheduled at 12:00 PM. If there is a delay, there will be NO mid-day bus runs. All students must take their regular morning bus to school and report to the cafeteria upon arrival. If there is a two hour delay, there will be no AM BOCES. 
• All students must report to the cafeteria upon arrival and remain in the cafeteria until an announcement is made to report to their testing location. Room locations will be posted outside the cafeteria. Counselors will be in the cafeteria to assist.

Dear HS Students & Families, 

Since our area is anticipating inclement weather this week, I wanted to take an opportunity to review how it may impact Regents and Midterm Exams. Throughout this week, all necessary testing updates will be sent via Campus Messenger and will also be posted on the HS website. 

• In the event there is a two hour delay during exam week, buses will operate on a 2-hour delay schedule. All morning exams including Regent’s exams will begin at 10:00 AM. And, all afternoon exams will begin as scheduled at 12:00 PM. If there is a delay, there will be NO mid-day bus runs. All students must take their regular morning bus to school and report to the cafeteria upon arrival. If there is a two hour delay, there will be no AM BOCES. 
• In the event if we have an early dismissal or a school closing, information about rescheduling exams will be sent via Campus Messenger the evening prior to exam, in addition to the morning of exam day. Updates will be sent via Campus Messenger and will also be posted on the HS website. 

All students must report to the cafeteria upon arrival and remain in the cafeteria until an announcement is made to report to their testing location. Room locations will be posted on the whiteboard outside the cafeteria. Counselors will be in the cafeteria to assist.

Please understand these plans may be fluid as we respond to the anticipated weather conditions and ensure the safety of all our students and staff. Thank you in advance for your flexibility and cooperation.
