The Rondout Valley Central School District, in recognition of the risk of identity theft and unwarranted invasion of privacy, affirms its commitment to safeguarding student personally identifiable information (PII) in educational records from unauthorized access or disclosure in accordance with State and Federal law.  

Electronic Data Privacy Complaint Form

Required

Parents, eligible students (students who are at least 18 years of age or attending a postsecondary institution at any age), principals, teachers, and employees of an educational agency may file a complaint about a possible breach or improper disclosure of student data and/or protected teacher or principal data using this form. A privacy complaint may be made by using this form and mailing it to the district’s Data Protection Officer at PO Box 9, Accord, NY 12404.
