Strategic Plan

In 2021, Rondout Valley Central School District initiated a five-year Strategic Plan to help put the District on a path of success. To assist with this endeavor, the Board of Education contracted with an educational consulting firm. After an intensive study and analysis, the strategic plan was devised, along with building-level action plans, which focus on improving academic performance, the social-emotional well being of students, community building, student voice, and increased communication and collaboration.
